How Can I Help?

Orthopedic, Sports & Musculoskeletal Care

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with persistent pain, returning to exercise, or simply not moving the way you want to, we’ll look beyond the painful area to understand what’s contributing to the problem.

Common areas I treat: back and neck pain, shoulder conditions, hip and knee pain, foot and ankle problems, post-operative rehabilitation, sports and overuse injuries, and mobility limitations.

Pelvic & Women’s Health

Individualized, comfortable care for women throughout different stages of life—from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to pelvic health concerns and the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause.

Areas may include: pelvic floor weakness, urinary symptoms, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, core and abdominal concerns, pelvic or tailbone pain, and returning safely to exercise.

Neurological & Parkinson’s Rehabilitation

Movement can be powerful medicine. I work with people living with neurological conditions to improve mobility, balance, confidence, strength, and independence.

This includes specialized treatment for Parkinson’s disease through LSVT BIG, as well as experience working with individuals following stroke and other neurological conditions.

Dizziness, Balance & Vestibular Care

Dizziness and balance problems can affect everything from walking through a grocery store to feeling confident leaving your home. Vestibular physical therapy can help identify what is contributing to those symptoms and develop a plan to improve balance, movement, and confidence.

Specialized Treatment Options

This is where I'd put the "tools in Jackie's toolbox" rather than making each one a separate service:

Dry Needling • Manual Therapy • Graston/IASTM • Trigger Point Therapy • Joint Mobilization • Therapeutic Exercise • Neuromuscular Re-education • Balance & Vestibular Training • LSVT BIG • Individualized Home Programs

And then I think you need one little section that captures the actual selling point:

A Different Kind of Physical Therapy

No assembly line. No cookie-cutter program. No being handed a sheet of exercises while your therapist moves on to someone else.

Your sessions are one-on-one and centered around you—with time to listen, assess, treat, educate, adjust, and figure out what your body actually needs.

You don't need to know which category you fit into. If something is keeping you from moving, exercising, working, or living the way you want to, we can start with a conversation.

Let’s figure it out together.
